The purpose of the Franklin County Band Backers is to provide financial assistance and spontaneous service for the music program of FCHS located in Franklin County, Winchester, Tennessee which includes band and chorus and all supportive units as may be added; to aid in the development of student interest; to support the curriculum and activities; to promote student leadership and responsibilities; and to do and deal in and with any and all other things necessary and desirable and consistent with these purposes. It shall be a purpose of this organization to promote better understanding and cooperation among parents, band members and band directors; to encourage their interest of the school and the community in the FCHS music program.
